Assemble collaborative team. Develop technology mapping concept. Begin identification of technologies and collect data. Focus on recovery of waste heat and possibly motor efficiency upgrading, insulation and steam trap management, topping cycle co-generation, boiler replacement, back pressure generators, etc. |
