Champions volunteer their time in order to organize a group to participate in a collaborative partnership. If you are interested in championing a group and getting support from Vision2020:
- Identify a technical area.
- Establish a core group of people interested in collaborative research.
- Identify the potential benefit to the chemical industry if the R&D is successful. Define how the group's formation will result in wide-spread implementation of continuous improvement and/or breakthrough technologies that will help chemical companies enhance their competitiveness and meet societal needs.
- Develop a plan.
- Present your idea to the Steering Committee.
